I have worked with Stan, CEO of Rebel Monkey, several times over the past 18 months on various different projects. Regarding event video coverage, he moves quickly and delivers a final product in less than two weeks after the event. We use this content for social media campaigns and various other marketing efforts. 

I have also worked closely with Stan on a project video offering graphics, marketing content, and video testimonials from various key stakeholders. Stan helps the interviewee feel comfortable and at ease during the interview. He provides professional-grade video and audio production.

Items are always delivered ahead of schedule! He is usually waiting on me to reply with edits, revisions or approval. His team moves FAST! Stan and his team have great email communication to keep the project moving forward during edits. I always understand the expectations of the final product and how the workflow of the deliverables will be received.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Stan and the Rebel Monkey team are honest, truthful, and hardworking. They always show up prepared, professional and deliver a consistent product. So consistent that I started flying them around the United States to help me with remote jobs and assignments. They worked unbelievably fast, and I knew they would always understand my creative vision or deliver something even better.

No. Not one thing. I always enjoy working with this group.

We are the Finnish HealthTech company MedicubeX that prevents cardiovascular disease and diabetes by building autonomous self-measurement and telehealth kiosks. I am the COO of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rebel Monkey Production, and what were your goals?

We are developing a new medical product which is difficult to explain to the customers and investors and for that purpose, we needed a promo video. We hire Rebel Monkey to make a video of our product using 3D modeling and make everything from scratch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose them because of the rating, good price and after the first meeting we decided to go with them.

We started with the meeting where we discussed our vision and script. We had some ideas but they also helped to improve it. We provided the with the 3D models of our product and they had to create a custom-made 3D model of the male who had to do some moves and show how to use our product. The video was approximately 2 minutes. It also had a voiceover and background music which they took care of.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We were working with the project manager and had a few meetings where we gave our feedback on the work done. They always took into account our suggestions and made sure we are happy with the results. They have a professional team and very friendly customer service. They were able to do it as scheduled without delay for a fair price.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did everything exactly how we wanted and we were more than happy with the result. Not to mention that our customers are very impressed with it too!

The project manager always replied on the same day and was very professional. They updated us on the project's progress and asked for feedback. We usually communicated via video call or email.

They were able to learn quickly about our product and professionally show how it worked, even though they are not medical professionals.
