What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Following the first implementation in May 2026, we've already seen improvements in operational efficiency, with reduced internal time and resource requirements, as well as enhanced quality assurance across our processes and deliveries. We've also gained greater cost control and improved visibility into our business operations and customer relationships.Following the first delivery in June 2026, we've already reduced our personnel costs by the equivalent of one half-time position. As we're still in the middle of the development and implementation process, we don't have fully measurable KPIs. However, we estimate that the new solutions will reduce administrative preparation time in the office by 40%–50% and decrease internal errors by up to 90%.We also expect to maintain and strengthen our delivery precision while supporting our strong annual growth rate, which has averaged approximately 90%. Once all modules have been fully implemented, we see significant opportunities to scale our operations in a much more cost-efficient way, enabling continued growth without a proportional increase in resources or operational costs.

ReApptor designed and developed PortLink, a customized operational management system for our port services business. The project included translating our practical operational requirements into a digital solution suited to a 24/7 port environment. The main deliverables included:

- management of port calls and related services

- planning and coordination of operational tasks

- personnel and subcontractor resource management

- centralized operational communication

- integrations with external vessel and port call data sources, including Portnet and Digitraffic

- a shared, up-to-date operational overview for our organization

- continuous development, maintenance, and technical support

PortLink has been developed iteratively as our operational needs have evolved. ReApptor has supported us throughout the process, from defining requirements and designing the solution to implementation, integrations, and ongoing improvements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

PortLink has already been introduced into selected parts of our operations, and its use is being gradually expanded across the company. The project is still ongoing, so the full operational and measurable benefits will become clearer as the implementation progresses.

 The results achieved so far include a more centralized view of port calls, related services, work assignments, and personnel resources. PortLink has improved the availability of operational information, supported coordination between different teams, and reduced reliance on fragmented communication and manual information sharing.

A key indicator of the project’s success is that the system has been able to develop alongside our operational needs and is now being adopted in additional areas of our business. ReApptor continues to support the implementation, further development, and expansion of the system.

ReApptor’s project management has been flexible, agile, and highly responsive. Communication has been direct and efficient, and we have always had easy access to the right people when questions, changes, or technical issues have arisen.

The agreed deliverables have generally been completed according to the planned priorities and schedules. As PortLink is an ongoing development project, requirements and priorities sometimes change as our operations evolve. ReApptor has adapted well to these changes and has been able to implement new requirements quickly.

They respond promptly to our feedback and do not simply execute requests as given. They also suggest alternative solutions when they identify a more effective way to meet our operational needs. This collaborative approach has been particularly valuable in developing a system for a complex 24/7 port environment.

What impressed us most was ReApptor’s ability to understand our operational environment and translate practical business needs into effective digital solutions. We have been very satisfied with the cooperation, and there are no major issues to highlight.

The only minor challenge for me personally has been the language difference. ReApptor’s working language is English, while our organization mainly operates in Finnish. Although we have always been able to handle all matters successfully in English, discussing complex operational and technical details sometimes requires additional clarification to ensure that everything has been understood in the same way.

This is not a criticism of ReApptor’s team. However, the cooperation and communication would naturally be even more fluent for us if Finnish were the shared working language.

The application is in use in Paris region. Already almost 1000 tickets sold through the Shuttle-module.
