It starts with a free 15-minute call to see if there's a real fit. From there, most clients begin with a Discovery Sprint: four weeks where we map your operations, find the highest-return opportunities, and price each one in dollars. If you move forward, the Sprint fee is credited toward the build. Kickoff covers system access, priorities, and a first quick win inside the opening two weeks.

Plain English, no jargon, and numbers you can check. During builds you get a short weekly update on what got done and what's next. Retainer clients get real monthly financials on a documented close process, plus dashboards that update from your actual systems. Everything we build is documented so your team can run it without us.

Standard implementations run two to six weeks depending on the package. The Discovery Sprint is a fixed four weeks. Larger custom builds, like data warehouses or payment reconciliation systems, are scoped individually with a timeline you approve before we start. Most clients see their first working result within the first two weeks.

We publish our prices. Turnkey packages run $1,500 to $3,500 setup plus a monthly support fee. The Discovery Sprint is $5,000 fixed, credited toward implementation. Ongoing retainers start at $3,000 to $4,000 per month depending on scope. Custom infrastructure is quoted separately before you commit, and any scope change is re-quoted and approved before we build.

Yes, healthcare is our main focus. We design every system so patient data never leaves the protected environment: all analytics and reporting run on de-identified, aggregate data. Our current engagement is a multi-location Florida physical therapy practice where we rebuilt payment reconciliation, monthly financials, and payroll on exactly that architecture.
