What challenge were you trying to address with Real Sales Video?

We needed their video production expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Real Sales Video made three 1–2 minute animated explanation videos that we featured on our website and in meeting presentations. We have a method called “green circles,” which includes several modules, one of which makes a yield gap. The films helped us explain what a yield gap was.

We created a script template, and Real Sales Video produced animations and voiceovers to match. When we changed the script, they edited the animations and voiceovers.

What is the team composition?

Milan (Owner) was the intermediary between myself and the teammates who made the voiceover.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately €4,500 (approximately $4,900 USD). Each video cost €1,000–€2,000 (approximately $1,100–$2,200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The first time I worked with Real Sales Video was in 2020, and the most recent time was in 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The videos successfully explained complicated issues. After watching them, users immediately understood what a yield gap was.

How did Real Sales Video perform from a project management standpoint?

All the requested work was delivered on time and within budget. They were very affordable, and each video took about three weeks to complete. 

Real Sales Video was very flexible and made changes when we weren’t happy with the product. This experience was a learning process for me, but Milan was very helpful and friendly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their flexibility was important; I could request changes by Zoom, phone, or email. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything went well.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Immediately start working with a script template; when the script is good, you don’t have to change much later.

We wanted to make it clear to our website visitors that we make green gardens. We don’t do gardens only with paving. We have a lively garden with lots of nature, flowers, birds, bees, butterflies, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They discussed with us what our core business is and how we wanted to present ourselves to our customers. They then made a proposition for the video. The video was animated. The video is showcased on the front page of our website and on Facebook and YouTube.

The total cost was about 500 euros (approximately $600 USD).

We started working together in August-October 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The video received very positive feedback. It’s a very happy, cheerful video that leaves a positive impression. It works well and is very clear, and it went a long way in helping our customers get to know us better.

How did Real Sales Video perform from a project management standpoint?

They sent me a list with questions they had and were proactive about calling me to ask extra questions to clarify what we wanted if they needed to. They sent mockups to see if it was what we were looking for. Otherwise, they’d make changes accordingly. They worked with us step-by-step so that we didn’t have to rush on it. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team gave us extra advice to help us get a better video and how to expose it better online, which we really appreciated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The questionnaire was first on paper and I told them it’d be better to do online. They made the change.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

No, I don’t have any advice in particular. They are any easy team to be successful with.
