Flute is a modern payments infrastructure and merchant solutions company that helps businesses accept payments, improve cash flow, automate operations, and unlock embedded financial services through a unified platform.

• Qualified meetings, basically. We wanted outbound to be something we could count on instead of a thing we did in bursts whenever pipeline looked thin.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We signed up for the platform first and used it for two months. The ICP match feature is the best part, it finds the right companies rather than dumping 5,000 contacts on us. We liked it enough that we upgraded to their managed SDR service, and now their team handles everything from the lists to the messaging to actually booking meetings.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Qualified conversations come in steadily now, and we spend way less time vetting them. From 3 meetings/month we went to 8-9 meetings a month.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Once we agreed on direction they ran with it, we were not in meetings all the time, which I liked, though it does mean feedback gets picked up in the next xampaign cycle rather than overnight.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ReachIQ could have done differently?

The 3-month minimum gave me pause when we signed. It worked out,  but it is a real commitment. I would also like a heads up when they are adjusting campaigns so I am not left wondering why activity dipped.
