A medical study required a user friendly digital method through which infant hearing screening results could be captured and statistically analysed. A different company developed a prototype which consisted of a secure database, cross platform mobile app and Web interface, but then decided against further development. RatedSolTech then took over development and made the system production ready with big UI and UX over hauling on the app as well as implementing all of the initially required statistical analysis features. After some time of the system being operational without a glitch, the study required additional statistical analysis and app tweaks, which they implemented successfully. At the end of the study, they supported with backups and server shutdown.

Secure database (in line with EU and RSA regulations for medical patient information storage)

User friendly Web interface with clear statistical analysis and reporting tools

They delivered ahead of schedule and in budget every development cycle due to them making sure they fully understand the requirements before drafting their proposals. They responded in excellent time despite being in a totally different timezone.
