Ratech built an AI sales agent that handles all inbound calls and consultations on our behalf. The agent qualifies leads through natural conversation, collects full project briefs, and pushes structured data directly into our CRM - formatted as a ready-to-use technical brief. The system works 24/7 across voice and messaging channels with no human involvement at the consultation stage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before the agent, we had a team of 6 people handling inbound consultations, lead qualification, and project briefing. Now that same function runs with 1 person and the AI agent it handles around 90% of the workload autonomously. Every inbound lead is qualified instantly, briefed, and logged in our CRM as a structured brief ready for production. We didn't eliminate the human entirely, but we scaled down dramatically and redirected the remaining person to higher-value tasks. The business is now able to handle significantly more volume without adding headcount.
