 I’m the owner of an advertising agency. We handle graphic design, marketing activities, and websites for our clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rapid Renders?

 We needed help creating 3D renderings for a residential construction project we manage as part of our agency’s work. The goal was to achieve professional, realistic visuals that would help our client present the project attractively in their sales and marketing materials.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Rapid Renders handled the complete visualization of a residential building project, including detailed 3D renderings of the exterior views. They provided exterior 3D renderings of the residential building, showing the architecture, materials, lighting, and surroundings in a realistic and appealing way. The visuals helped to communicate the overall atmosphere and design quality of the project.

 We worked with one teammate from Rapid Renders.

How did you come to work with Rapid Renders?

 I found them through a Google search. Their website was convincing, and their services looked professional and inviting.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked together from September–October 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 The 3D renderings made a big difference in how the project was perceived. They helped our client communicate the concept clearly and professionally, leading to very positive reactions from both partners and potential buyers. Since we were responsible mainly for the marketing materials, we don’t have exact sales figures. However, our client reported noticeably increased interest and positive feedback after the renderings were published. The client and the marketing team have already received very positive initial feedback on the visuals. The renderings will now be used in the upcoming sales and marketing campaign.

How did Rapid Renders perform from a project management standpoint?

 Our collaboration was very pleasant, with quick and professional communication. They were incredibly fast, very accommodating, and implemented all our requests perfectly. They even delivered the final renderings earlier than expected. The price-performance ratio was excellent; the results far exceeded our expectations. We communicated via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 What stood out most was their combination of speed, friendliness, and precision. Even though it was our first time working with a team from Sri Lanka, everything went incredibly smoothly. They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and delivered outstanding quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 The collaboration was flawless from start to finish. Communication, timing, and quality were all outstanding, so there’s really nothing I would suggest improving at this point.
