Our engagement has begun with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals. They helped us with keywords and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and keywords. Throughout the process, I was connected and constantly in the loop, which kept me informed and calm.

The first phase of the SEO work Rank SEO Agency completed for us centered around improving our backlink profile. The team discovered that our rankings were hindered by spam links directed towards the site and disavowed these on our behalf. Rank then completed some technical SEO work for us. They made sure our site was being crawled effectively by search engines, as well as fixing some duplicate content issues that arose from our website.

Their on-page SEO work helped us to get back to position one for our header term. Rank created and optimized content across the site, as well as assisting us in launching new pages. From an off-page perspective, the team has helped us build links to the site from the national press and a wide range of niche-specific publications that focus on key target segments. The team didn’t settle once the first objectives had been achieved. With page one rankings across the majority of our pages, they’re still pushing to explore new opportunities and provide us with the best possible online visibility across the board.

Our working relationship with the team has also been something to shout about. They take a relaxed and friendly approach but they’re also very responsive to our requests, getting things done on time and to a consistently high standard.

Rank started with a technical audit and followed that up with a roadmap of updates and implementations that we continue to work through. Additionally, they provide regular keyword audits/recommendations and other content related research. They have also done some backlink research and outreach for us.

Ater the first 3 months, we saw a measurable uptick in all key metrics that are relevant to the work they are performing. Rank has met or exceeded all expectations since we began working with them.

The project is managed via Basecamp in a very organized method. All related documents and info can easily be found via that portal. Rank has also learned our CMS and project management platform and uses both regularly. Finally, we have a monthly meeting to review a monthly report and a quarterly business review.
