"My Top Websites" is a web application that lists the top websites worldwide across various categories and countries. Users can also register and have their own dashboard where they can add their favorite websites.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our goal was to turn old HTML, CSS & JS code into a modern web app using Vue JS as the backbone of the project. We wanted to create a horizontally scrolling, responsive web app that would allow users to sign up and create their own panels of top sites, either by selecting from the database of already added sites or upload their own favourite sites with logos and descriptions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There are some websites that have the same functionality as "My Top Websites", but what makes them different is the UX of the website is very accessible, user-friendly, and doesn't require a learning curve.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

RamzyTech started by concentrating on the building of the front end first and then quickly moved onto the back end for the user. Once the skeleton was built, we were able to drill down on more of the finer details. They were always able to give me good estimates regarding time and how it would fit into the projects schedule. 

As the customer, we were always assured that RamzyTech would always do their best to give us what we wanted. And that always happened. Of course, there was some compromise along the way and sometimes they had better ideas than us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a good work ethic and delivered what the customer asked for. There was great deal of communication between us re the exchange of ideas or if they needed confirmation when implementing any of our ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something RamzyTech could have done differently?

RamzyTech are a team of developers. That is their job.  I am more of a designer - a designer of ideas. So I pay very close attention to the small details after all the big parts of the project are done. It may be a bit critical for me to micromanage ever small detail, but personally I am a bit of a perfeectionist and it can be very frustrating to those around me. However, with both our skillsets, we managed to work together very successfully and we complemented each other very well.
