What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to increase sales online by creating a new website and market it using ads and SEO.

We selected RCG through a referral.

After we selected the vendor, we had a series of meetings where they were scoping our goals, and needs, and what was our objective. In order to do that, they first created a phenomenal working site. Then created content for us and started working on SEO while they were also working on ads. Then, they also trained our employees and improved customer experience based on reviews and surveys.

What was the team composition?

Worked closely with Archal and worked with a couple other people. Looks like there are more people involved in the back end too.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Online sales ended up being 35% of our revenue, and all that came from RCG within 2 months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective and smooth. Zoom Calls and In person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They produce very high-quality work. The site is very advanced and deep and allows us to make bookings online.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can be done faster, but in the end, we got a great quality site, and the extra week was well worth the wait.
