I’m the director of Rakkosh, LLC, a furniture and home furnishings wholesale and retail company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rakkosh, LLC?

We needed someone to manage our digital business, including e-commerce management, design, development, and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rakkosh, LLC has revamped our website using Magento. The team has also helped us brainstorm and activate a retail unit by suggesting a domain name. Rakkosh, LLC has also activated our brand on Amazon and eBay and manages our e-commerce back-office day-to-day operations. There've been some hiccups with the Amazon Professional seller account and the confusion surrounding the FBA program. They've redone the whole thing with a new set of UPC codes.

What is the team composition?

We’re not sure how many people are on the team, but we have a full team managing the website, e-commerce back-office, and marketing.

How did you come to work with Rakkosh, LLC?

We found Rakkosh, LLC through a referral from my in-law. Kamran sounded very knowledgeable and was a subject matter expert. The team also had a very promising and thorough planning and representation of the plan on paper. Cost was also a factor.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2013 through another company. We still work with them.

Rakkosh, LLC has brought in £1,000 a month for another company and expanded our partnership with companies like Wayfair, Furniture123, and Furniturenews.net. The team has also delivered on Amazon and eBay.

Rakkosh, LLC knows all sorts of apps and offers us clear visibility. The team delivers everything on time and at a fraction of the time frame other companies would quote. We communicate through in-person meetings, emails, Skype, and phone calls. They're easily accessible and get tech things done without jargon.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kamran is very impressive. His knowledge about processes, different markets, and general knowledge is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Obtaining between £15,000 and £30,000 in sales would have been even better.
