I am Ragnar Freyr, a designer from Reykjavík, Iceland. I have been working on the intersection of traditional graphic design and digital/interaction design for about 20 years.
I was born on the 26th of July, 1980 and have been making websites, graphics and publications with varying levels of success since 1995. I started my own design studio practice in 2001 and still run it to this day. Sometimes dormantly on the side, sometimes full-time.
I graduated from the Icelandic Academy of Arts in 2005 as a graphic designer and again in 2009 as an art and design teacher. I believe in simplicity and the principles of thoughtful minimalism in both life and design.
