We needed help building a software platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RaftWorks has built an engine to fit customers to a lender based on 10+ variables and then rank them by the most competitive. The team has also worked on the UI/UX design, integrations, and ongoing support.

We found RaftWorks through an online search. The team spent a lot of time upfront making sure they understood my needs.

We started working with RaftWorks in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RaftWorks has successfully mapped the scope, built the engine and platform, and tested the product. We haven’t released the product to the market yet, but we’re still evolving it based on first adopter feedback. The platform has saved users a lot of time and mental energy. One user has mentioned that the platform has turned a 30-minute task into a 5-minute one.

How did RaftWorks perform from a project management standpoint?

RaftWorks has delivered on time and has great communication. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RaftWorks has taken the time to get granular on understanding how the platform needs to function and what it needs to do. About halfway through the build, the team realized the foundation wouldn’t function the way we needed it to. RaftWorks had no hesitation to restart immediately to ensure the platform would function the way we needed it to. Overall, that didn’t impact the timeline of the project delivery, as the team worked overtime to correct it.

I can’t think of anything for RaftWorks to improve — I’m very impressed with them.

Our clients can now view all their underwriting work, give feedback, and access everything from documents to invoices and presentations—all in one place. The AI chatbot they included is a great touch, answering questions and making it super easy to book meetings with our consultants.

The portal’s helped us streamline a ton of our processes, and the feedback system has really improved communication with our clients.
