I'm the co-founder of Change Strategies, an advertising and marketing company. We partner with companies to audit, optimize, and scale their marketing systems, connecting data, strategy, and execution to deliver predictable lead generation and revenue growth.

What challenge were you trying to address with RaftWorks?

We needed to build a fully automated website audit tool from scratch. This tool would serve as a lead magnet that analyzes any company's website and generates a detailed report covering brand clarity, funnel strength, market presence, and AI readability. The tool needed to integrate multiple data sources, score each dimension using a binary pass/fail system, and deliver a polished bilingual report in both web and PDF formats.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

RaftWorks built the complete technical infrastructure for the tool. This included an 18-module automated pipeline in Make.com integrating multiple APIs (Apify for website crawling, ValueSERP for search data, Google PageSpeed, Google Ads Transparency Center, and Claude for AI analysis). The team also created a binary scoring system across 15 sub-dimensions in three categories.RaftWorks also handled the full migration from Make.com to Bubble without any loss of functionality or downtime. The team created a polished front-end report interface with responsive design, color-coded scoring, and a circular score visualization. RaftWorks also created a PDF report generation matching the web version and a bilingual output (English and German) with instant language switching. The team delivered comprehensive technical documentation of the entire pipeline.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RaftWorks delivered all three project milestones on time and within budget. Milestone 1 covered the core pipeline and data integrations. Milestone 2 delivered the scoring system and report generation. Milestone 3 completed the Bubble migration and bilingual front-end. Each milestone was delivered without delays, required minimal back-and-forth to close, and met the agreed specifications. The final deliverable was a fully functional, production-ready tool.We haven't collected formal metrics yet as the tool is in the early launch phase. However, the reports generated have already been used in direct outreach conversations with prospects, where they've consistently served as a strong conversation opener. Initial feedback from prospects who received reports was positive — the findings were specific enough to be credible and actionable, which was the core requirement we set out to meet.

RaftWorks' project management was excellent. Hassan delivered all three milestones on time, communicated proactively throughout, and flagged potential issues before they became problems. He responded quickly to feedback, kept the project moving without needing to be chased, and managed the scope changes — including the scoring system overhaul and the Make.com to Bubble migration — without any delays to the overall timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was Hassan's ability to understand the strategic intent behind the product, not just the technical requirements. He didn't just build what we asked for — he suggested improvements that genuinely made the tool better, like the automatic competitor identification feature. Combined with his technical range across pipeline architecture, front-end design, and PDF generation, and his ability to handle a mid-project platform migration without losing momentum, he felt like a true partner in the project rather than just a contractor executing a brief.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RaftWorks has successfully mapped the scope, built the engine and platform, and tested the product. We haven’t released the product to the market yet, but we’re still evolving it based on first adopter feedback. The platform has saved users a lot of time and mental energy. One user has mentioned that the platform has turned a 30-minute task into a 5-minute one.

How did RaftWorks perform from a project management standpoint?

RaftWorks has delivered on time and has great communication. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RaftWorks has taken the time to get granular on understanding how the platform needs to function and what it needs to do. About halfway through the build, the team realized the foundation wouldn’t function the way we needed it to. RaftWorks had no hesitation to restart immediately to ensure the platform would function the way we needed it to. Overall, that didn’t impact the timeline of the project delivery, as the team worked overtime to correct it.
