What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve partnered with Radium Digital for 14 years as our lead digital agency. Their team has been responsible for website design, development, and ongoing management. In addition, they handle SEO and paid search (SEA/keyword bidding), community management, and social media management, including sponsored content. Moreover, they manage lead generation campaign strategy and execution. So far, they’ve launched 150+ advertising and promotional campaigns over the course of our partnership.

Radium Digital has helped us build a unified, long-term digital presence based on 14 years of continuous collaboration — from building the website to day-to-day social media management and lead acquisition across our brand's various residential projects. Thanks to their work, we’ve gone from 0 to 100,000 monthly website visitors. In addition, we’ve seen improvements in sales, reach, branding, CPM, CPC, and CPA. Overall, we’ve done sales campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

How did Radium Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Radium Digital’s project management is good. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.
