What was the scope of their involvement?

Radical Sales Coaching provided sales and business consulting for our sales team staff, which included strategic coaching. We started by having Zoom meetings, and after that, they laid out what they do by putting good systems in place. They also had weekly calls and a workbook that would help our staff to commit to the goals that we set for them.

We only worked with Lucas (Owner).

How did you come to work with Radical Sales Coaching?

They referred our company to some of our customers, and after knowing their work, we decided to utilize them for our team.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $4,500 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–September 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We noticed an increase in our sales since their involvement, and our team keeps using the tools they provided.

How did Radical Sales Coaching perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great with project management; they’d always keep our meetings going. In terms of tools, we used their own coaching portal, Google Drive, and Google Docs. For communication, we’d typically use Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were committed to their word; their team delivered what they said they would, and it was a great job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We outgrew their services, so they could increase their salesforce team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their process if you’re inexperienced with sales — they’re a great resource to utilize.
