For what projects/services did your company hire Race Refrigerated Logistics?

We were looking to include refrigerated vans into our range of rental vehicles, and have contacted Race Refrigerated Logistics to look into installation of refrigeration units into our existing vans.

Race Refrigeration Logistics staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They provided hassle free service for what was required at very competotive prices. After sale service were also excellent.

Installation of the refrigeration unit into vans. Teaching us how the units work and how to operate.

Main point of contact was sales manager, who handled all of our enquiries and scheduling.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They provided quick and hassle-free service. We now have 2 refrigerated vans in the fleet to cater to our customers, and have had no complaints about the capabilities of the refrigeration units.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We would have phone calls and emails about what we needed on the van, for it to reach -18 degree celcius and 1 van with electrical standby. They have provided quote and completion times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They do not have any delays in their work, and no hidden costs involved. Quality is great, never had a malfunction or complaint so far, and have warranty in case there is.
