Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Danyal built custom scrapers to pull public contact data from [school, district, and college websites] to keep our education contact database current. RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improved response accuracy and information retrieval, reduced manual processing and repetitive tasks, faster access to relevant business data, reliable data ingestion and transformation, and successful deployment of scalable AI agents and RAG workflows.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Danyal was easy to work with. He hit his deadlines and kept me updated without me having to ask. When I changed what I needed, or a site broke a scraper, they adjusted quickly and didn't make it a big deal. He's straightforward about what's realistic, and when he says something will be done, it gets done.

What was your primary form of communication with Qyvera Technologies?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm the founder of K12 Data. We sell education, healthcare, and government contact data, so we depend on solid web scraping to keep our lists current. We brought Danya in to pull contact info from [school and district websites], which are a mess because every site is built differently. He figured out what we needed fast, built the scrapers, and sent back clean files we could use right away. When a site changed or something broke, he fixed it without me having to chase him. He delivered [X records] in [timeframe], and the data needed very little cleanup. I've been burned by scraping vendors who promised a lot and didn't deliver. Danya is the real deal. He's responsive, straight with you on timelines, and gets the job done. I'd hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs data pulled at scale.

He actually delivers.

I've paid scraping vendors and AI scraping tools that promised a lot and handed back very little, and Danyal is the opposite. He also cares about data quality, not just volume. He thinks about how the data will actually be used and catches problems before they reach me. That's rare, and it saves me a lot of cleanup time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qyvera Technologies could have done differently?
