I'm the executive of Blue Jay Vodka, a new super-premium Ukrainian vodka brand produced by R&D Enterprise Absolute Standard LLC in the Lviv region.

What challenge were you trying to address with qwed - UX/UI & TECH SERVICES?

Blue Jay Vodka was a brand-new product with zero presence — no website, no strategy, no sales materials. We hired qwed to prepare everything we needed to enter international markets: a complete brand strategy with positioning and product architecture, a premium one-page website focused on generating B2B wholesale leads, and pitch decks for investors and distributors. The main objective was simple — go from an idea to a market-ready brand that could start real conversations with distributors in the US and Europe.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The scope covered everything from brand strategy to the live website. qwed researched the premium vodka market and our competitors, built our positioning and slogan system, and structured the product line. Then, they designed and developed a one-page brand website on WordPress — premium visual storytelling, mobile-first, with a contact form, Telegram and WhatsApp integrations, full SEO and analytics setup, and performance optimization.The main deliverables were the brand strategy document, an investor and distributor pitch deck, a wholesale presentation for buyers, and the finished website — all delivered in a unified visual style within three weeks.qwed created practically all of the content and visuals themselves — the brand concept, all English copy for the website and pitch decks, the design, and the overall storytelling. We only supplied the source material: technical product specs, certifications, bottle images, and details about our production and business model. The pitch deck is actively being used in distributor negotiations in the USA and EU. For us, the biggest outcome was speed: three weeks from start to a market-ready brand generating real B2B leads.
