I don't want to say too much, as Juan is a magical wizard, and I want to be selfish to ensure I have his full attention. However, the bottom line is that he is a magical wizard, and anyone lucky enough to work with Juan will find this out very quickly. Wizardry is one thing, but honesty, integrity, great communication, and outright efficiency are his blueprint, which he instills with every one of his team members.
