I am product owner and my company is the tax collecting entity of Misiones.

For what projects/services did your company hire Quilsoft, and what were your goals?

We needed development in Odoo V13 and quilsoft have knowledge required for migrate a old sistema of administration (in OpenERP 7.0) to Odoo V13.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

i searched many of partners and Quilsoft have knowledge. I finded a lot of partners but none give me segurity of know Odoo and the public Adminstration

First make a demo for Quilsoft what i needed of the program. Then they offered a price for that. Working with Scrum of sprints for 14 days.

Has 5 persons assigned or more:

• Product Manager,
• Tech Leader, and
• 2 functional responsible for application.
• 1 developer Senior and eventually has another developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We finish the project earlier than 31 of dicember of 2021, and have a lot of spectators to continuous developments after that with Quilsoft, we finded too many things to upgrade for our process.

we worked with a PM, emails, google calendars and meets and whatsapp for litle things.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge in Odoo V13 was what we precisely needed. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

the estimation, we has a 20% overestimation and with that we will reach the goal.
