Their responsiveness was evident in how they accommodated a different payment plan, provided practical content strategy advice to avoid placeholder text, and quickly integrated university logos for executive review. Starting with a template may help clients visualise different elements of a website. Looking at examples of other websites helped and we were provided with many links to do this work.

Quiklicks have provided comprehensive support across several areas of our business. Their work has included optimizing and streamlining our websites to improve usability and consumer engagement, managing our SEO strategy with detailed monthly reporting, and supporting both ongoing and seasonal marketing initiatives. They have also assisted with basic IT troubleshooting as needed. Communication and response times have consistently been prompt, and deliverables have been completed as agreed.

Their project management has been very strong. From the outset, the full scope of work was outlined as well as the steps involved, so there are no surprises as the project progresses. 

For ongoing projects, they take the time to explain how everything will work, ensuring we understand the process and that it aligns with our goals. They’re also flexible and open to adjustments along the way, easily making changes when something needs to be refined or approached differently.

Deliverables have consistently been provided on time, and communication throughout each stage of the process has been excellent.

Our ability to meet and discuss ideas with them in person at an office, when needed. 

We found a lot of companies in this field no longer work in a collaborative office enviroment which was a deal breaker for our Director. 

We're also still impressed with how hands-on they are, and you get the sense you're getting the whole team's support and not just one person's, we really value that.

There is always room for imrovement however nothing comes to mind, the team have gone above and beyond to look after us and we feel we made the right decision choosing Quikclicks.
