Queen City IT Professionals helps small and midsized businesses in Charlotte and the surrounding area punch above their weight through technology. We start where your technology physically starts: structured cabling and networks, installed by our own team, not subcontracted. From there, we become one accountable partner for the whole environment, with managed IT, 24/7 unlimited support, cybersecurity and strategic guidance.
Structured cabling and networks. We design and install structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure for new and existing offices, office moves and build-outs, plus network equipment, Wi-Fi and guest/staff segmentation. Because the same team that pulls the cable also supports the network afterward, nothing gets lost between a contractor and an IT provider.
Support. 24/7 unlimited support for your employees, with one team to call when something stops working, plus proactive management of computers, accounts, servers and Microsoft 365.
Security. Practical, layered cybersecurity for your business systems and information: protection, monitoring, backups and staff awareness, without empty guarantees. Physical security too, with cameras and door access control.
Strategy. Advisory, planning and budgeting that help owners and leaders decide what to invest in, what to avoid and when to make changes as the business grows.
Implementation. We carry out what we recommend: cabling and networks, cloud and Microsoft 365, VoIP and business phone systems, cameras, access control, conference-room audiovisual, and practical AI and automation with data security and training built in.
We work with owners, CEOs, managing partners and operations leaders who want reliable support, stronger security and a partner who advises, implements and supports, whether or not they have an internal IT person.
