I'm the co-founder of an IT service provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with qubited?

We needed their design expertise.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

qubited designed our entire application's interface. They conducted initial research to identify the design solutions they needed to implement onto our platform, which was an educational platform where scientists and researchers could read different research papers.

Apart from their app design deliverables, qubited also helped us set up our social media accounts and mailing platform. We needed to reach three million researchers through an in-house emailer, and their team utilized Maulic software to accomplish the configuration work.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, a UI/UX designer, a graphic designer, and two developers who helped us set up our email servers.

qubited was recommended to us by another company that previously used their services.

We spent $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration ran from July–December 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've been using their team's design to build our app — that was our only success metric for their work.

How did qubited perform from a project management standpoint?

qubited met our expectations in terms of project management. They were responsive and timeline-oriented, and they remained committed to delivering everything on time. We also liked how they managed to overcome our time zone differences.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a team of talented designers that strived to deliver everything we asked for.

I didn't encounter any areas that needed improvement. qubited met all our standards and satisfied us with quick turnaround times.
