QuantKOD builds AI staff teams and custom software for companies that run on
repetitive, high-volume workflows.

Most automation projects stop at a chatbot that answers questions. We build
systems that finish the job: read the incoming request, match it against stock
and pricing data, draft the quote, and hand it to a human for approval.
Approval always stays with the client.

What we deliver:
• AI staff roles — request intake, quote preparation, supplier follow-up, order
capture from WhatsApp and email, reporting, and outbound sales research
• Custom software — Laravel/PHP and Python backends, web platforms, ERP/CRM
integrations, API and system integration work
• Data and AI engineering — matching engines, document parsing, domain-specific
synonym dictionaries, LLM pipelines with caching and cost control

Measured results, not claims. In a deployment for a steel and metal
distribution company (name confidential), our matching engine processed 406
real customer requests covering 1,237 line items across two production runs:
99.5% line-item accuracy, 60 of 60 requests handled end to end, and zero
harmful errors — no wrong price or wrong product ever sent to a customer. The
system runs against 1,500+ historical requests, 8,000+ stock items, and a
2,000-entry equivalence dictionary built for the client's own product language.

How we work. We put one role into production in one to two weeks — not a
six-month platform project. Once it earns trust, we add roles. Every system is
instrumented so the client can see what the AI did, what it skipped, and why.

We are a small team based in Türkiye, working with manufacturers, distributors,
metal and heat-treatment firms, hospitality businesses, and clinics. We work in
Turkish, English, and Dutch.
