I’m the founder of CWS Software, an HR company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qualitas IT LLC?

We needed senior qualified software developers for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qualitas IT LLC has been providing software development for us. We see a need in the marketplace for HR management tools, and we work closely with their team to create those platforms from scratch.

In addition to that, they’ve worked with us on graphic and architecture design.

Regarding tools, we’ve used .NET, C#, and SQL.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with around ten members of their team throughout our partnership, including Sachin (CEO), junior and senior developers, QA staff, and their support personnel.

How did you come to work with Qualitas IT LLC?

I worked with them on previous projects.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

So far, we’ve spent $1–$5 million with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2012, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we started working together, we’ve noticed an increase in our company by five times. The product they’ve created for us has been successful.

How did Qualitas IT LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Shortcut as our main project management tool and Zoom, Skype, and email for constant communication. They’ve become an essential part of our organization, and their developers work closely with ours — they’re now part of our team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our company’s main product was the idea of one of their developers, so we can say that their team is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re great, and I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

MY company hired Qualitas IT for developing a microsite for a new brand we were launching.

How did you select Qualitas IT and what were the deciding factors?

We have received great reviews for Qualitas IT and we also enlisted them as our partners for developing our and our clients' websites. The deciding factors were design, timeliness, quality and cost.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Scope of work includes requirement analysis, development of website structure and sitemap, development of design wireframes, review and revisions, conversion of wireframes into HTML, integration with Wordpress, testing and debugging, launch.

How many people from the Qualitas IT team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Three members worked on the team, a designer, a developer and a project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website design was delivered exactly as per our requirements. The designer accommodated all the changes we required and suggested better options in terms of graphic elements based on our needs.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The communication was through email, and the team was prompt, and the turnaround time for changes was admirable. The designer was available for discussions adequately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their simple approach to working and focus on outcomes, rather than long protocols and hierarchy that cause delays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They can add more web technologies to their portfolio in line with emerging design needs of the industry.
