I am the Director of Network Management for Care Connectors. Care Connectors is a leading National Healthcare Service Organization that helps solve diverse and challenging needs for members, providers, medical groups, and Health Plans across the Nation.

We specialize in offering innovative solutions to provide the best in class care, while improving appropriate documentation of diagnoses, identifying opportunities, and improvement in reducing the cost of care.
