There are not many areas for improvement or things that QServices Inc could have done differently, as they delivered a great .NET software solution that met our expectations and requirements. However, if I have to mention some minor points, I would say that: 

1. They could have provided more documentation and comments on the code that they wrote, to make it easier for us to understand and maintain the software in the future. 
2. They could have involved us more in the testing and deployment process, to ensure that we are familiar with the software and its functionalities before it goes live.
3. They could have offered more post-launch support and maintenance services, to help us with any bugs or issues that might arise after the software is launched. 
4. These are not major flaws or drawbacks, but rather suggestions for improvement that could enhance the quality and value of their service.

We hired Qservices Inc. to help us develop a mobile app that will follow trucks across loading processes within a facility. It has to control the entire process by recording loading time, scaling and eventually create reports for the customers to be able to follow up their goods and to also know when to expect delivery. key deliverables include: 

1. A fully functional mobile app. 
2. An amazing UI/UX. 
3. App usability testing and usage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Qservices team has met all requirements so far. It is too early to mention the full deliverables at the moment because we are still in the early phases, but it has been excellent work and cooperation with Sahil and his team. The project since completion has been amazing till date.

I had several ideas on getting a social media website developed but in a dilemma about the design and development. I did not have much knowledge on what software framework to use for development. Qservices guided me at every step and their very talented team developed prototypes for me to visualize. I am very happy with the design and development of this project. I would hire them again for further development.

Sahil at Qservices has very good knowledge of latest development frameworks. That is the main deciding factor for me. Also the cost of development is very reasonable.

The project was divided into 12 milestones and the main milestones being UI/UX design, Development, Testing and Documentation. They accommodated my changes at every step and communicated to me the risks and rewards of each change. The hypercare they provided after the project went live is exceptional.

A project manager who was the key member of this project, 2 full stack developers, 2 testers, 1 UI/UX developer.

The User interface is very appealing and easy to navigate. The response time is very reasonable. The users loved the look and feel of this website.

The project Manager Vikas had a meeting with me everyday to provide the details of the development. He is very knowledgeable and proposed new ideas to make the website more intuitive and user-friendly.
