I'm the operations manager of Cambridge Healthcare Research, a consulting company for pharmaceutical businesses. We’re based in the UK, and we provide consultancy regarding commercial intelligence and market research.

What challenge were you trying to address with Qodic Technosoft?

We needed someone who could help us develop a capacity logging program. We were looking for a system that could capture our team's time expenditure across our different projects and internal working groups.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qodic Technosoft helped us develop a web-based system where our team can log in and see the projects they’re working on. Additionally, they can see their team members’ capacity and log their working hours. Using this tool, we can understand the time different people spend on projects so that we know how we should invoice and provide quotes to our clients.

Initially, we provided Qodic Technosoft with a project brief detailing what we were looking for with this system. Then, they built the solution from scratch and handled the web hosting setup. Additionally, they provided us with maintenance services for a while.

Qodic Technosoft’s director was our main point of contact, although there probably were more people working behind the scenes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system developed by Qodic Technosoft helped our business run effectively by allowing us to understand the team's capacity, which ultimately helped us avoid burnout issues with our resources. Additionally, it helped us quote clients more accurately and be aware our income effectively.

How did Qodic Technosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

Qodic Technosoft’s timeframe expectations for completing the project were very clear, and their work was very efficient. Moreover, their team was very approachable and responsive, and they had the qualifications we needed. For example, they answered emails within 24–48 hours and fixed issues within a couple of days.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Qodic Technosoft’s willingness and ability to understand our needs were impressive. It felt like they fully understood how we worked as a business and what our needs were.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with a detailed project brief and a comprehensive overview of your business so that they understand who you are and what you need. Additionally, be aware of their working hours because they’re based in India.
