QCENTRIC INCORPORATED is an S Corporation registered in the State of Wisconsin with the primary office located in Northeastern Wisconsin. We are focused on the creation, ownership and management of several subsidiaries to formalize the services offered. We provide management support services to start-ups and companies working to achieve higher quality levels within their teams, products, processes and services their customers and clients demand. This management philosophy emphasizes setting extremely high objectives by collecting data and analyzing results to a fine degree to reduce and/or remove defects.

Our leadership teams have an average of 20 years experience applying lean and six sigma methodology in the industries/fields of Engineering, Real Estate and Business Our applied experience is derived from working in the public and private sectors applying strategies to manage projects to improve KPI's. We assist our customers and clients by supporting the culture of waste elimination and reduction within their organization. 

We work with the client to establish a "current state" baseline. This is achieved by identifying variations in service, processes and procedures using statistical analysis. We then help their organization to set measurable and realistic goals to any close any gaps and improve quality metrics important to their customer/client
