Python Automation Masters were very timely with their delivery, and even more timely with their communications. They were very proactive in keeping us up-to-date with project progress and were quite responsive to our questions, code-reviews and user-testing.

They delivered the projects requested and were understanding to the evolution of the requirements the that came about from user-testing. They also very clear on managing out-of-scope work and that allowed us to asses the need for each new feature.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication is impeccable. They delivered what they promised. They were very transparent with their progress and concerns. They were excellent in handling the project!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Python Automation Masters could have done differently?

At times, it took our code reviews to reveal that a feature needed deviation from spec to make it work, but all such issues were handled efficiently once they were brought to their attention.

Manufacturer had some amount of different PDF documents which were required to be parsed. There are many different format of these PDf and the main challenge was to parse them all extracting the same data.

We are very pleased with the result. The communication was very robust and timely. Any corrections from our side were listened to and implemented.

We have used the upwork chatting system and zoom. They have a tech lead how set expectations. And a manager who was coordinating communication with the developer.

They had flexible communication and efficiency, maintainable code (we will reuse the code in the future)

Per my understand the initial estimation of the project was slightly off by a few levels, this lead to situation when we need to renegotiate delivery. I suggest to :

1. improve estimations
2. Communicate any changes to estimations straightforwardly!

Nikita was able to build me a lot of automation software which are sustainable and was able to replace many of my workers force and save me a lot of expenses eventually, and also - automated systems are much faster, and efficient, then human beings - which some times sick, or need days off.
