I'm the owner of a voiceover business for commercial, automotive, and other narration projects.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pyro Production?

I hired Luke to help me create an animated video for my blog which is shared on my website and social media networks.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to encapsulate who am I as voice actor into an introduction video, so that consumers would know immediately who they were getting when they watched it. Essentially creating my brand vision into one 15 second video.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred to Luke and Pyro through a mutual connection. I researched his previous projects and helped build the view of my concept through what he'd already completed.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Luke and I emailed in early January to discuss a possible direction for an animated intro video to create a brand image for my blogs. He immediately sent over samples based on suggestions I'd seen from his previous work. After a couple of email exchanges, I paused the project after going through a re-branding process. He and I picked up with the new idea and he created basic concepts and allowed me to provide specific details he could incorporate. He provided a proof video for me to review and give feedback for necessary adjustments before finalizing it.

What was the team composition?

The team only included Luke and myself collaborating on the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome is simple. As the client, I'm thrilled with the finished product. I provided a vision of what I wanted, and Luke created that world exceptionally well. So the ROI for me is exactly what I wanted. I've even been able to create a micro-version of the intro video because he was so clear in his execution of the project. So really, I got a 2-for-1 deal. And doesn't everyone like to feel like they've benefitted from their investment?

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found our workflow to be seamless. Luke was engaged and excited throughout the process. He and I fed off each others creativity and moved through the process quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

To narrow it down to one impressive item about Pyro would be an injustice to Luke. Their turnaround time exceeded my expectations; his communication was always clear and concise. They delivered an amazing finished product.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No.
