    Pylon Solutions Group is a small, senior Denver website studio founded in 2021 by Austin Felker, a product manager with 8+ years at HP, USDA, and life.ai (cofounder, $5M raised). The team stays intentionally lean. Senior leadership owns every engagement, with development, design, and SEO expertise from a vetted contributor network. Clients work with the founder, not an account manager. PSG treats each site as a long-term business system, not a one-off project.

    PSG follows a four-stage process: Roadmap, Build, Ship, Care. Roadmap is a paid diagnostic that scopes the work and quotes the project. Build runs design and development in parallel. Ship covers launch, training, and 90 days of post-launch care included with every project. Care continues monthly for clients who want long-term support. Engagements are transparent: clear deliverables, fixed pricing, and direct communication with the founder throughout.

    Success metrics depend on the engagement, but every project ships with measurement built in. For new sites: Core Web Vitals (performance), accessibility scores (WCAG 2.2), Search Console coverage, and conversion-event tracking against pre-defined goals. For ongoing Care: monthly reports covering uptime, security posture, search performance, and content health. We define success metrics during the Roadmap engagement so they're agreed before any build begins.

    Every PSG site is built against current web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and security best practices (OWASP Top 10). For privacy regulations, PSG can implement GDPR and CCPA-compliant cookie consent and data handling. We do not currently take engagements requiring HIPAA-compliant infrastructure or HITRUST certification — clients with healthcare data needs are referred to specialized partners.

    The Website Roadmap is a paid diagnostic engagement priced at $750. It includes a current-site review with anti-pattern findings, a UX and conversion review, technical health check (speed, mobile, SEO foundations), security and accessibility observations, a recommended sitemap, and a written project scope, timeline, and price for the build. The fee credits toward any rebuild booked within 30 days.

    Yes. Every PSG project includes 90 days of post-launch care. After that, four ongoing Care plans are available: Protect ($350/mo) for small brochure sites; Maintain ($750/mo) for active business sites with content edits and form testing; Improve ($1,500/mo) for lead-generation sites that need monthly UX and SEO work; and Growth Partner ($3,000+/mo) for sites operating as serious revenue assets.
