Push Greece managed our ads on platforms such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. They analyse our website performance through Google Analytics and propose clear improvements on UX. They also undertook our SEO project while we migrated into a new website, which is an extremely delicate SEO task. 

After the new website was launched our organic rankings improved significantly which was great to see! With their bespoke AI platform, they achieved a 360-degree approach across all our paid channels, maximising our performance holistically and leveraging any opportunities they identified. With regular video calls and easy and transparent live reporting they always aim to increase our sales and profits.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Push Greece improved our overall online footprint. We saw our cost per enrollment decrease quite significantly. They designed a detailed digital media plan across Search, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok channels. 

By using their bespoke ad platform they connected all paid channels and ran our digital campaign with an omni-channel approach. Thanks to their omni-channel approach, we are investing our budgets to the right channels maximising performance. With their unique methodology we target the right audience minimising budget waste, creating a seamless customer journey.

Push Greece is very good at managing AKMI Group’s digital marketing campaigns. They always met deadlines and they have a 24 hour turnaround policy for most of the tasks. This helped us move faster than our competitors. 

During our regular weekly video calls we discuss results, being always prepared the team presents clear digestive insights and quickly resolves when we have questions or feedback. Our scheduled Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) we go through plans and strategy, assessing the situation to date and devising new plans accordingly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Push Greece feels like an extension of our marketing team. Their operations are so on point, resulting isa having such a close relationship with them. Always fast and reliable we feel that Push Greece stands out from other digital agencies. Push has been in the business since 2007, starting with their office in London. The Greek office opened in 2020 when we started cooperating together. 

The Greek office has managed to utilise and capitalise on Push’s 15 years of experience in the industry by using the latest tools and methods. We particularly appreciated their focus on performance, assessing all aspects with tangible KPIs. They also gave us real-time reports by tracking all user actions, even website calls, making it easy to trust and work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Push Greece could have done differently?

Not really; we are very happy with the team/collaboration.
