We used Purrweb to design our Web and Mobile apps.

How did you select this vendor?

Purrweb was the most thorough with their planning and design process. They had a framework and methodology for every piece of the project.

For both the web and mobile app there were design stages that we went through starting with a mind-map that helped concretely outline the different product features and user flow. From there, they worked on low-fi wireframes that brought the user experience to life and finally those were converted to hi-fi wireframes.

We worked directly with a project manager and occasionally the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were pleased with the deliverables. They took instructions well and were able to translate our desires into design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Despite being in different timezones, the workflow was very effective. We mostly communicated through Slack and had consistent video calls on a weekly basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very professional and kind people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Would love to see more visual or aesthetic creativity.

We launched a pilot version of the app a few months ago. Purrweb has been helping us to revamp the entire design to improve the overall user experience.

UI/UX design and development of our dating mobile app and also our landing page.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My friend recommended me to consider Purrweb, then I checked their website and was impressed by their previous projects, philosophy and attitude to work. We contacted their managers and scheduled a call. They asked a lot of questions and were really interested in the project, so we decided to go with Purrweb.

The first stage of work consisted of design files in Figma. After the design was delivered, we moved on to the development stage, where they provided demo builds and the code in private repositories every week. Work was carried out in weekly sprints. The tech stack consisted of React, React Native and Node.js.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app is at the release stage, we are preparing the marketing campaign and will begin attracting the first users soon.

The team is well-coordinated, meets the deadlines, always coordinates all actions with the client, even the minor things. The communication was great, we used to have conversations in Slack, Telegram and via video calls in Zoom with their project manager. As for the project management tools, we used Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The work results and the cooperation process itself were impressive, I am sure we will continue to work further with their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are really great in implementing all my requirements, I’d just wish for more practivity from their side, so I recommend them to keep improving in this direction.

I am a product owner of a social media application for a healthcare platform.

We hired Purrweb to assist us in developing the frontend for the mobile application. Nonetheless, Purrweb also helped us by reviewing and leaving great comments for our design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We’ve already worked with Purrweb on another project and we enjoyed working with folks a lot, so we decided to take a shot on a new project with them.

First of all was the estimation part, where Purrweb calculated the expected scope of work, which helped us create some expectations and decide if they correlate with ours. As the next step, Purrweb reviewed our design and threw some great comments for us to make important iterations into it.

During the development stage, we’ve discussed backend endpoints a lot, worked by sprints, QA engineers did a great job and finally, we’ve applied to App Store and Google Play from the first attempt!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We’re satisfied with the result we’ve reached working with Purrweb. At this moment the application is fully launched and ready to receive its first users with their online conferences.

It’s great, nothing less. Daily text reports, weekly Zoom meetings, tolerance towards iterations from our side, everything on time.

I can not but admire the way communication goes in Purrweb. Stunning!

Everything was fine, I don't see any room for improvement!
