I am the owner & founder of a business strategy and marketing agency. We work with varying client types from B2B to businesses that have struggled to have the same reach as others due to restrictions on advertising by Google & Facebook.

We were looking to accelerate our website development and strategy as well as identify a great creative partner for us going forward.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We needed someone who could move fast with us and stay flexible. They came recommended from a trusted source and I've worked with other agencies in the past to know the ones that bait and switch you vs the ones that deliver on their word. Pure Fusion is the latter and we were happy with our choice the whole way through.

After our initial discovery call where we set out objectives, Pure Fusions came back with strategy and concepts for us to work through. Once we locked on the final concept they were able to do the creative and build incredibly fast. Even when we ran into some tricky deployment stuff on ourside, they worked with us to keep the project on time.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with several resources guided by the owner. You could tell he was involved the entire time and was our main 'go to' if any questions or strategy needed to happen. It was refreshing to work with an agency that takes our success seriously and gave us the A team unlike others that do a bait and switch to do the C or D level teams, Pure Fusion is all A players from our experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is a bit too early to tell just yet but some of the ad creative they did for us is performing the best out of any we have ever used and the website is seeing increased web traffic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They worked in our tools which made it easy for us to quickly review and get the feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The attitude in which they took our project- everyone was serious but fun/pleasant to work with. They truly want our business to succeed, and they aren't going to stop until that's achieved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of right now.
