Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Managing Director for Sparrow Real Estate. Sparrow Real Estate is a boutique Brisbane Sales agency committed to delivering better results through lower fees and incredible service.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire PupDigital?

Pup digital are not only responsible for creating, hosting and maintaining my website, they are also involved with managing my Google Adwords account and social media advertising.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a beautiful website that was user friendly and complimented the Sparrow brand. Dani was responsible for maintaining Adwords and Social Media advertising to keep up brand awareness and generating online leads for Sparrow.

How did you select this vendor?

Milo and Dani bought a home through Sparrow Real Estate a number of years ago and more recently I helped them to sell a property as well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After selecting Pup Digital, we have had numerous meetings to discuss how to improve our Brand, this including creating a beautiful website that is transparent and user friendly.

From here is was about creating regular social media posts around brand advertising and introducing blogs to help amplify the brand. We meet on a regular basis to make sure we are still on track or if we need to make changes.

What was the team composition?

I've worked very closely with Milo and Dani over the years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think Milo and Dani would be best to discuss this with but I am regularly updated with reports showing how numbers are improving with regard to traffic flow and conversions. They are definitely making a difference.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Milo and Dani are always easy to communicate with. If they don't answer their phones they always call back in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with their level of communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Both Milo and Dani are experts at what they do. What I like the most is their directness and willingness to help my company grow. They are big advocates for the Sparrow brand based on their experiences and this helps me believe that they genuinely have my best interests and the best interests of Sparrow Real Estate in mind.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always areas for improvement when it comes to lead generation and social marketing. Milo and Dani are always trying to find ways at attracting new business and improving on what we are currently doing. It's a difficult industry to build your business online only and they do an amazing job helping me with that.
