I am the director of a training center and also a trainer myself people know me across the gulf region for my workshops a while ago pula media suggested i stop doing in person sessions and instead film my courses and sell them online through a custom website we worked on it together and launched it right around the time covid started everything was shutting down but our course sales went way up it was a huge shift for us since then pula media kept improving the site and adding features and they still manage it until today honestly without their support and especially Mr Malek we wouldnt have reached this level highly recommend them to anyone who wants to build a serious online business

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

after launching the site we saw a big jump in course sales we used to rely only on physical sessions but once the online platform went live we started selling daily even when we were not running ads the income from the website during the covid period alone was more than double what we used to make before now it brings steady passive sales every month and the number of registered users keeps growing

they always delivered everything on time and communication was great from start to finish whenever we had feedback or needed changes they handled it quickly and professionally i never felt like i was waiting or had to repeat myself they were organized and paid close attention to the details

what impressed me the most was how they think like business owners, not just designers they cared about results and helped us make smart decisions that actually increased our sales they were always one step ahead suggesting ideas before we even asked and it felt like they were part of our team not just a vendor

Are there any areas for improvement or something pula media could have done differently?

honestly nothing major comes to mind everything went really smooth if i had to mention something maybe just having a bit more documentation or guides for how to manage the site ourselves but even that they always helped when we asked so it was never really a problem
