    We typically work with 3-5 clients simultaneously. Our team of 8 is structured to handle multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality or timelines. Each project has a dedicated point of contact—so you're never waiting in a queue or competing for attention. Most projects run 2-4 weeks from kickoff to delivery

    Every project starts with a 20-minute video strategy call. We learn your product, audience, and the specific job the video needs to do. From there, we send a clear proposal with scope, pricing, and timeline—usually within 48 hours. Once approved, the production flow is script and message design, full-color storyboard review, animation, sound design, and final delivery with platform-ready formats. You'll have clear milestones and review points at every stage.

    We use a milestone-based workflow with clear deliverables at each stage. After kickoff, the project moves through four phases: script, storyboard, animation, and final delivery. Each phase has a review round where you provide feedback before we move forward — nothing progresses without your approval. Communication happens over email or Slack, with async updates so timezone differences never slow things down. Most clients receive 2-3 updates per week. We don't use complex PM tools that require client onboarding — we keep it simple and transparent.

    We define success metrics before production starts — not after. During the strategy call, we ask what the video needs to move: landing page conversion, demo bookings, watch-through rate, or sales cycle length. Then we design the script and structure around that goal. Post-delivery, we check in with clients to review performance.
