We needed help with IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pst De Colombia provides IT services for us. They’ve done everything from website creation to software maintenance and hosting. They’re in charge of all of our systems management and maintenance. Also, they’ve provided hardware.

We work with them mostly remotely, but they also have biweekly visits to our office.

What was the team composition?

We work with an IT analyst and an assistant.

How did you come to work with Pst de Colombia?

They were already working with the company when I arrived here.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2013, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our best measure of success is that all of our systems work perfectly. Whenever we have issues, they respond right away and solve them. Also, they’re great in terms of cybersecurity. We’ve never had a problem in that regard.

How did Pst de Colombia perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. They’re very flexible; they always adjust to our needs. We communicate using Anydesk, direct messages, and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to adapt to their clients’ needs is outstanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, their services are excellent. They should keep on the same track.

Contact them, let them make a diagnosis for you, and hear their proposals. Also, I’d advise you to contact their CEO; he’s an outstanding professional.
