OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Prustaz to accomplish?

• Ship autonomous backend agents (Celery workers) for email discovery, SMTP verification, bounce classification, and high-volume outreach—orchestrated from a Next.js ops dashboard.
• Apply modern AI development practices (agent-assisted coding, rapid iteration) to deliver a production Django + Next.js SaaS faster without sacrificing reliability or observability.
• Build Validex as an AI-accelerated B2B email platform: intelligent verification agents, lead enrichment pipelines, and campaign automation that cut bounce risk and manual list cleanup.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Prustaz did an excellent job building Validex, an AI-powered B2B email verification and outreach platform. They handled the full backend architecture, AI automation, asynchronous agents, and the Next.js dashboard.

The team built reliable Celery-based workers for email discovery, SMTP verification, enrichment, campaign automation, bounce classification, and suppression management. They also implemented monitoring, retries, tracking, and high-volume processing so the system could run complex workflows without blocking the user interface.

What stood out was their ability to use modern AI-assisted development practices while still maintaining a solid production architecture. The combination of Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Next.js, Docker, and Traefik gave us a scalable foundation for the product.

Prustaz was technically strong, responsive, and able to turn complex requirements into working software quickly. I would recommend them for AI development, AI agents, custom SaaS platforms, and backend automation projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

End-to-end automation: contact ingest → enrichment agent → verification agent → campaign agent → bounce/suppression agent, with process monitoring, retries, and CSV export of verified results.

Full-stack AI-assisted delivery: Django/DRF/Celery/Redis/PostgreSQL + Next.js 15 dashboard, Docker/Traefik production deploy—accelerated with AI agent tooling for design, implementation, and iteration.

Deployed multi-agent style async workers handling verification, domain/pattern enrichment, campaign sends (~200k emails/day design capacity), bounce parsing (HARD/SOFT), open tracking, and suppression—without blocking the UI.
