I’m a big data and marketing automation specialist for a media company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o.?

We needed help marketing our cinema and hired Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o. to create a proxy meeting marketing strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My PR team always determines which audience we’re targeting, but Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o helps us create a solution. After completing many reports based on location and learning more about our customer’s location, they developed a mobile campaign that targeted nearby customers. Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o. has a beacon network that allows them to get location and ID off the phone, so they’re able to tell us who comes to visit the cinema and galleries.

We compared several different companies based on the results of previous campaigns, and Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o. had the best results.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2017, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They targeted the right customers, helping us earn more money. Although click-through rate isn’t very high at 1%–2%, our conversion rates are very strong. I’m impressed with the reports that give us a lot of information which is real data. They focus on the target and sometimes give us helpful information on how to change the campaign.

How did Proxi.cloud sp. z.o.o.perform from a project management standpoint?

When we start a project, we conduct a lot of tests with them and have a meeting to decide on a strategy. If we start a big and expensive project, we plan the entire campaign together. Then we try to find the best way to launch the campaign.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I like working with them. There are no problems.
