We have a large portfolio of 5000+ projects. These project files are all saved in different directories on our local servers. Our goals was to have software to search through these directories, creating a searchable database of input parameters as well as output parameters. Key deliverables were speed and accuracy.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All required input and output parameters were scraped from our servers and saved in a database. The database could be searched in less than 5 seconds, exceeding our expectations. All the exact parameters were saved, so the accuracy was 100%.

They always delivered on time. If some part of the proces was delayed, the blame was always on our side, since we had to deliver access or other documents. Prostrive delivered as promise.
