Augmentation of our existing software engineering and product management staff included attending and consulting in planning meetings, retrospectives and other product planning events, assisting with reporting and other data-intensive tasks, and incorporating directly into our teams daily work including both frontend and backend software development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our teams seamless integration was a testament to Prosig's professionalism and deep experience level. Despite moving to a much smaller team size than we had previously held, through working with Prosig - we were able to maintain a high output of work released to our customers with no decrease in quality.

Prosigliere initially collaborated with Backstage, the company contracted by On Tour Tickets. They were instrumental in the development of the platform until the conclusion of their contract in February 2024. Since then, Prosigliere has showcased their expertise through various projects, including design, web and app development, and business consulting. Their contributions have been exceptional, demonstrating their commitment to excellence.

Multiple meetings with the team and consistently keeping me up to date on the companies progress in terms of technical capabilities, added features, problems and solutions etc...
