Proprietors LLC was established in 2007 as a group of hospitality professionals with one goal: to further cocktail culture. Proprietors focuses on three core areas: building world-class, cocktail-centric beverage programs for clients; consulting on flavors, formulations, strategy, marketing and branding for the beverage industry; and managing Proprietors LLC partner-owned bars.  We live for cocktail culture, and we love helping it grow. We started out in this industry by opening bars. Building a world-class bar requires more than designing a beautiful space, developing an innovative beverage program, or building the best staff. A truly excellent bar—one that lives with a distinct personality and evolves into an institution—is created first by a thoughtful commitment to the individual guest experience and an unwavering devotion to a strong staff culture. These are the core values that drive our team in everything we do, and that set the foundation upon which we hope to evolve as a company. We don’t look for new consulting clients; rather we look for partners who share our vision and will carry on the legacy we helped create for their establishments.
