I’m the IT director of a small IT consulting company that focuses on digital marketing solutions .

For what projects/services did your company hire PropelU4Ward?

We were looking for IT support. Everything from end-user support, cloud solutions, Saas, cyber solutions other tech responsibilities.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Propelu4ward came in and took over our entire internal IT infrastructure. They modernized all of our IT systems, reconfiguring our wireless for internal and guest use, and securing our wireless infrastructure.

When we were looking for a partner, we conducted a broad virtual search. We interviewed about five companies, but the personal attention we received from Propel-u-4ward set them apart. They made us feel like we weren’t just going to be another customer, but a partner.

I honestly think of Propelu4ward as a great 'IT solutions ' that is always on call when needed.

They have an excellent process for workflow with their client

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Cloud services A close second would be their business-first approach. They make suggestions based on what is best for our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that come immediately to mind. We are very happy.
