I’m the head of vocational education at CREALOGIX. We specialize in digital banking and digital learning.

What challenge were you trying to address with Promikos?

Our platform, time2learn, provides educational programs to young learners. The platform gives students and instructors access to modules, assignments, exams, and grades. When the platform was about five years old, we hired Promikos to add new features and provide support as needed.

Promikos develops our platform and provides necessary updates. They build new modules and features.

My team works with nine Promikos team members.

Our country has limited resources, so we turned to offshore vendors and found Promikos.

My company has spent over $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2008, and the work is ongoing.

The work has been well-received by our internal team.

How did Promikos perform from a project management standpoint?

Our teams work together very closely and deploy an agile process. My team handles project management, and Promikos focuses on development. We have bi-yearly meetings to discuss the platform’s performance.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Promikos is a very reliable long-term partner. Promikos retains experienced talent because they offer an attractive environment to employees.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them do differently.

I recommend trying them out. Maintain close contact and integrate their team with your own.
