When a victim is affected financially, they can be at risk of homelessness especially if they are solely dependent on the head of households income. This video shares information about our Housing XD Program and how someone that is a victim of domestic violence can gain access to our services and the program incentives.

We wanted a futuristic, dynamic website showcasing the brand and services our company offers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We sat down for an initial meeting where we explained the site's requirements. We provided them with all the necessary information about our company so that they could put together the site and reflect everything accurately like our prices and packages. They handled all the content, SEO optimization, logo animation, digital marketing, and designing of the website. Prolific Studio came to us with the drafts, and once we gave them our approval, they moved forward. 

The key technologies used on the website were CSS and PHP. They are offering maintenance and hosting. 

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact was a project manager, but there was a team of about 10 designers behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with Prolific Studio?

Our company has been working with Prolific Studio for a few years now. We outsource a lot of work to them from other projects.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $100,000–$250,000 with them throughout our engagement. We spent about $40,000 on the website. 

What is the status of this engagement?

They worked on the website between September–October 2022. The website has launched, but we are continuing to work together on other projects.

We’ve had no issues with the website, and we started generating leads approximately three days after the launch. They’ve done a great job with our SEO, and all the content and digital marketing lined up very well.

The project management was incredible. The delivery time was impeccable, and they were never late on anything. We communicate through email and phone calls. They also have a live chat option on their website.

The video lasted approximately 90 seconds and featured voiceover and animation. We submitted the script to the Prolific along with suggestions for the animation.

They then turned around a great video that closely matched our requests. With a few rounds of edits we were able to come to a consensus on the video and had a fantastic product to deliver our client.
