I’m the owner of the business that primarily operates in the home décor space. We sell home products like wallpaper and wall hangings.

What challenge were you trying to address with ProDigit?

We approached them because we were looking for a partner to develop our marketing strategy, branding, and website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ProDigit analyzed our product range as well as our competitors to better grasp our market. Then, keeping in mind our business and industry, ProDigit designed a new logo and website for us. They’re currently developing a CRM, an e-commerce site, and a site dedicated solely to wallpapers.

Their team is also responsible for managing our social media. They generated content for us, in line with the branding they delivered. We market to community associations, and ProDigit has created all of the branding surrounding those materials.

What is the team composition?

I interacted with a social media specialist, a branding specialist, and a content specialist.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with ProDigit in April 2019, and our project is estimated to take another three months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ProDigit has been doing a very good job. They’ve given us reports on the past six months of work, and their results are reflected in our books. The new CRM they’re developing has been functional and cost-effective. The software is also visually amazing and user-friendly.  

Their branding efforts have allowed us to position ourselves as a market leader in India. In the last nine months, we’ve experienced big changes in both customer perceptions and clientele. We’ve also enjoyed increased social media engagement, thanks to their work.

How did ProDigit perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good on the project management front. We’ve been ahead of schedule by two weeks on different project timelines, and we go through a thorough demo after a module has been developed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by their ability to translate our general vision and goals into actionable design items. Their branding elements have been exactly what we were looking for. Their creative abilities endow them with the skill of knowing precisely what the client wants.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything to say. They should be growing, and I wish them good luck.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The quality of the product developed was very poor. The developers didn't bring the skill required to implement the product using React.js. Couple people were changed, but the project implementation isn't complete and we finally had to hire external contractors to get it done.

They don't have development capability, they probably can develop websites.
