The Process Pro team fully audited 7 key workflows in our CRM. Despite not being provided full documentation by my internal team, they were able to comb through dozens of outdated HubSpot workflows and properties to determine ways to simplify and increase the reliability of these functions.

In addition, the Process Pro team also completed an audit of our CRM properties and supported my team's efforts to lock visibility (improving our internal team's CRM functionality and navigation) and data hygiene.

They provided bi-weekly updates on the status of our overall engagement but also kept us in the loop on the status of each project throughout our work together. Process Pro has a deep understanding of the intricacies of HubSpot CRM. They not only understand how to use the tool's existing features, but they also can introduce complex workarounds to "break" HubSpot's out-of-the-box functionality to meet a client's needs.
